Nutella Cafe Chicago

Problem:
Nutella Cafe Chicago social media didn’t have the engaging pop that it needed so I worked with Magnolia Insights to give their IG a new voice to increase brand engagement and drive in-store traffic.

Voice:
Conversational and family-friendly with a fun wink.

Project:
Since spring 2019, I’ve written IG posts for menu item promotions & introductions, holiday celebrations, partnership announcements, and even an OOH public transportation billboard. We’ve continued our partnership throughout summer so look out for more Nutella sweetness in the next few months.

Result:
Posts have performed better than average with an increase in likes and social engagement.
